
一、个人简介
黎明灿,男,汉族,中共党员,工学博士,教授,博士研究生导师。近年来主持国家自然科学基金三项、新疆维吾尔自治区自然科学基金面上项目两项。主要从事高性能亚稳金属材料的研发和改性研究,相关研究成果在Journal of Materials Science & Technology,Scripta Materialia和Materials Science and Engineering: A等国际知名期刊发表论文20余篇,获新疆维吾尔自治区第十六届自然科学优秀学术论文三等奖一项(排名第一)。
